Der Sprint-Gurt besitzt wahlweise einen Hüft- oder Schultergurt den Athlet A überzieht, während Athlet B das andere Ende der Leine hält. Athlet A sprintet nun los, während Athlet B dem entgegenwirkt, indem er je nach Trainingsziel den Zugwiderstand durch ziehen in der hinteren Position erhöht. Der Sprintgurt erlaubt dem Athleten mit variablem Widerstand zu sprinten, um somit einen optimalen Trainingseffekt zu erzielen. Der Sprintgurt ist ein Trainingsgerät mit dem jeweils 2 Athleten gleichzeitig trainieren können. Er ist in mehreren Sportarten einsetzbar und ist mit einem Hüftgürtel oder einem Schultergurt erhältlich. Der Sprintgurt ist eine super Unterstützung für ein modernes und innovatives Training.

Verstellbarer Nylongürtel mit Klettverschluss, an dem ein ca. 300 cm langer Nylongurt befestigt ist. Am anderen Ende des Gurtes ist ein Handgriff befestigt, über den der Trainingspartner Widerstand leistet.
